Rec Camp

June 11 - July 13
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm • Ages 5-14 • $275/week
Lead: Anna Filice, Camp Director

  • Age and level appropriate grouping
  • Emphasis on fun, sportsmanship, instruction, and physical fitness
  • Highliy structured program
  • Activities vary week to week
  • Experienced staff
  • Lunch, camp t-shirt and photo included




Basketball Camp

June 11-15
Lead: Brian Long, Sonoma County Cagers
Zac Teideman, Head Coach, Montgomery High School

  • Age and level appropriate grouping
  • Shooting fundamentals, ball handling, position play
  • Offense, defense footwork, and skills
  • Work on attitude, sportsmanship, and teamwork
  • Physical conditioning in a fun atmosphere
  • Games daily
Lacrosse Camp

June 18-22
Lead: Joel Holland, US Lacrosse, Coach & Clinic Director
Evan Merritt, Cardinal Newman Varsity Coach

  • Age and level appropriate grouping.
  • Learn the game the "right" way
  • Shooting fundamentals, stick handling, position play
  • Offense, defense footwork, and skills.
  • Work on attitude, sportsmanship, and teamwork
  • Physical conditioning in a fun atmosphere
  • Games daily.
Track & Field Camp

June 25-29
Lead: Belinda Halloran, Level 1 USA Track & Field Coach & World Class Triathlete

  • Age and level appropriate grouping
  • Highly structured program
  • Activites vary day to day
  • Work on attitude and sportsmanship
  • Physical conditioning in a fun atmosphere
Volleyball Camp

July 2-6 (No Camp July 4th)
Lead: Tommy Wong, Sonoma State University Men’s Assistant Coach and Cardinal Newman High School Woman’s Coach

  • Age and level appropriate grouping
  • Focus on Preparing participants for the "next level"
  • Fundamentals at all positions taught and coached (outside hitter, middle blocker, defensive specialists, setter and libero)
  • Team drills and daily games
Special Needs Soccer Camp

July 2-6 (No Camp July 4th)
Lead: Belinda Halloran, Level 1 USA Track & Field Coach & World Class Triathlete

Baseball Camp

July 9-13
Lead: Jeremy Tayson, Head Varsity Coach, Justin Sienna High School

  • Age and level appropriate grouping
  • Focus on preparing participants for the "next level"
  • Individual instruction of the fundamentals
  • Pitching, catching, hitting, bunting, base-running, infield and outfield.
  • Team drills and daily games
  • Learn the mental aspect of the game in a fun and relaxed atmosphere
